Dave Edwards, Stumbling Mice getting airtime!

Those of you listening to Detroit’s classic rock station WCSX/94.7 FM may have noticed a certain Hanzie Records presence in the last few weeks. On the morning of Nov. 21, Pam Rossi played I NEED YOU from Dave Edwards 1st solo disc, TAKE ANOTHER LOOK (CD HR-005) on her “Over Easy” show that airs every weekend morning from 7-10AM.

The next night, Nov. 22, Dave and Bob Monteleone were interviewed on WCSX/94.7’s “Motor City Blues Project” by host Mark Pasman. They discussed, among other things, Dave’s latest release LONE SURVIVOR (CD HR-009) and the Stumbling Mice’s self-titled debut (CD HR-010).

The Paz played Dave’s LOW DOWN, which features Kid Rock’s Jimmie Bones on piano, and then The Stumbling Mice’s KNOW YOU RIDER.
They then talked about and played the recording of IT’S CHRISTMAS TIME, an original song by Bob that Dave recorded at Harmonie Park Studios for the upcoming CHRISTMAS IN DETROIT 3 benefit CD.

Speaking of IT’S CHRISTMAS TIME, Dave & Bob performed it during WDIV’s (Channel 4) telecast of the Detroit Thanksgiving Parade. Look for CHRISTMAS IN DETROIT 3 (with artists like The Howling Diablos, Jeff Daniels, Sun Messengers, Hell Drivers, Stuart Franke, Mitch Albom, Tim Diaz and others) in Metro Detroit stores (Bigby’s Coffee, Tubby’s, etc..)Dec. 10 and available for download NOW.
